Kate has over 15 years experience helping to develop impact startups with a focus on regenerative system design, economic development, and the future of finance.  She has worked with the IADB to build a holistic framework for entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging markets, and has been featured on global stages sharing a unique approach to regenerative economics and the role of consciousness as an economic asset. Kate has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, finance executives, investors, and mission driven professionals teaching a tangible framework on how to access and apply one's intuition and "full spectrum intelligence" to mitigate risk, maximize impact, and generate innovative ventures that can solve our most pressing environmental, social, and economic challenges.   She is currently involved in the development of high yield & closed loop food ecosystems as a co-founder of Wellspring Agritech.
