Patty is an active member of the Future of Work, and has supported The Economist for 7+ years in delivering events on Climate Change, Future of Work, and Innovation.

Patty has served on the Board of Directors of Gateway Foundation and Metropolitan Capital bank - specifically to support the goal of scaling and growing the business.

Patty Jones provides speaking and consulting services through business offerings in Business Transformation, Merger Integration, Organizational Effectiveness, and Change Management.  Patricia is frequently called upon to work closely with boards of directors and executive leaders as an advisor on complex organizational change.  Her expertise across business, technology, and human capital allow her to help organizations create integrated and well defined strategies.  Deep skills across systems thinking, program management, and change management enable defining pragmatic solutions that "connect all the arrows to success".
