Sheryl is Vice President, Strategic Alliances with Medidata Solutions, Inc. where she is responsible for the executive management of key Global Alliances with leading Systems Integrators and consulting firms. Medidata accelerates the digital transformation of life sciences with the world's leading platform for clinical development, commercial and real-world data analytics.
Prior to joining Medidata Sheryl was the Chief of Staff for the Linux Foundation, where she oversaw all operational activities and served as the nexus between executive management and stakeholders spanning numerous influential open source projects, leaders and organizations. In this role, Sheryl was consistently recognized for driving collaboration across projects and teams, and introducing novel and impactful technologies and frameworks which optimized results.
Before the Linux Foundation, Ms. Chamberlain served as a Partner at Capgemini in their Group Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships global organization, where she was responsible for managing key partnerships with Dell Technologies (Dell EMC, VMware, Pivotal, Virtustream, and RSA), leading the $800M+ partnership strategies and overseeing execution of go-to market activities globally.
As a volunteer, Sheryl has been actively involved with the Hult Prize Foundation Council, where she sets and drives the expansion strategy for the Council, building engagement between and across all stakeholders. Actively involved since 2013, Sheryl has been instrumental in growing the reach and impact of the Hult Prize.
